This ALOGIC USB 3.0 Type A to Type B Cable - Male to Male is mostly used to connect a USB 3.0 Type B enabled peripheral such a Hard drive, Printer, Scanner, Docking Station etc to a host computer through a USB 3.0 port. The cable supports super fast USB 3.0 speed for data transfer at 4.8Gbps. The cable is also backwards compatible with USB 2.0.
