- All products are covered only by the original manufacturer’s warranty.
- TechForGood does not provide refunds, repairs, or replacements directly.
- We facilitate DOA (Dead on Arrival) claims within 7 days of receipt; after this, all warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer.
- The risk for retail purchasers lies solely with them.
Under the ACL, consumer guarantees may not apply to goods or services acquired for re-supply, manufacturing, or non-household use. Where ACL guarantees do apply, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
