One Million Human Connections

By 2030, TechForGood aims to create one million Human Connections through the Catalysing Connections initiative.

Through responsible technology procurement, secure device recovery and the reinvestment of Recover-E profits, together with customer-funded initiatives where applicable, we help provide smartphones and annual connectivity packages to Australians experiencing digital exclusion.

Together with our customers, suppliers and community partners, we're demonstrating that technology can create measurable social impact.

Why Human Connections Matter

Access to technology is now essential for participation in modern life.

Without reliable connectivity, people can struggle to apply for employment, participate in education, access healthcare, connect with government services and maintain relationships with family and community.

Catalysing Connections helps remove those barriers by working with community organisations that identify people who can benefit most from access to technology and connectivity.

Every Human Connection represents a practical improvement in someone's ability to participate in society.

Catalysing Connections

Catalysing Connections transforms recovered value into measurable social impact.

One hundred percent of the net profit generated through Recover-E is committed to funding the program. Customer-funded donations and impact initiatives also contribute where applicable.

Together these funds provide brand-new smartphones and annual connectivity packages through trusted community organisations across Australia.

We deliberately provide new devices because dignity matters.

Reliable technology gives people the confidence to apply for jobs, attend online classes, access healthcare, connect with loved ones and participate fully in modern life.

Every outcome is measured through the Human Connections Impact Model.
