ESG Screening
Brateck (Lumi Legend Corporation) has been assessed under TechForGood’s Connected Procurement Framework using a vendor-level ESG desktop screening methodology based on publicly available information.
At the time of review, sufficient entity-level ESG disclosures were not available across several core areas required to support a fully defensible inclusion decision, particularly in relation to governance, human rights, supply chain due diligence, and environmental reporting.
This outcome reflects insufficient public evidence rather than any identified misconduct.
TechForGood has requested additional information from the vendor to support a reassessment. Subject to the provision of appropriate documentation, Brateck may be considered for inclusion within the Connected Procurement Framework on a “subject to ongoing review” basis.
Scope: Vendor-level ESG desktop screening only. Individual products, modules, customer-specific configurations, and service implementations are not assessed.
