TechForGood Maintains Social Traders Certification for a Third Year

At TechForGood, we are proud to have maintained our Social Traders certification for the third consecutive year. This milestone confirms our role as a certified social enterprise ICT supplier and demonstrates our commitment to delivering audit-ready social procurement outcomes that support clients with SPF, ASRS, and NGERS compliance.

Why Social Enterprise Certification Matters

Australia’s Social Traders certification is the national benchmark for social enterprise procurement. It de-risks procurement by verifying genuine social enterprises and is endorsed globally by the Social Enterprise World Forum. It is recognised as one of only six “double badge” certifications worldwide.

For our clients, certification means every ICT purchase with TechForGood delivers both:

Trusted ICT hardware, software, cloud, and services.

Verified social and environmental impact that can be reported directly into compliance frameworks.

Certification in Action: Our Impact Model

Social Traders certification underpins TechForGood’s Impact Model, built on four pillars:

Human Connections – In FY25 we delivered 132,000 Human Connections, ensuring women, families, and Indigenous rangers had phones and connectivity when they needed it most.

Climate Accountability – We neutralised 306.47 tCO₂-e through high-integrity offsets. While offsets remain secondary, reduction becomes primary through Recover-E.

Circular Economy – In FY25 we launched Recover-E, our ISO-certified IT Asset Disposition service. From FY26 it will deliver measurable carbon reduction and e-waste outcomes.

Inclusive Employment – We established Employment Pathways for Priority Jobseekers with disability, embedding inclusion into ICT procurement delivery from FY26.

Together, these pillars prove that impact is not an add-on — it is the foundation.

How Certification Supports Our Clients

Maintaining Social Traders certification strengthens TechForGood’s ability to help clients:

Meet social procurement obligations – Every dollar spent with us counts toward SPF quotas.

Prepare for ASRS and NGERS – Verified Scope 3 data from ICT procurement strengthens carbon reporting.

Reduce risk and build credibility – Triple certification (B Corp, Carbon Neutral, Social Traders) provides defensible proof against greenwashing.

What We Sell — and Why It Matters

As a certified social enterprise ICT supplier, we deliver the full stack of technology procurement:

Hardware – Sustainable ICT devices and equipment.

Cloud Licensing & Subscriptions – SaaS and productivity solutions.

Software Support & Maintenance – Enterprise-grade support services.

Professional Services – Specialist ICT and compliance-driven advisory.

Recover-E – ISO-certified IT asset disposition, with 100% of profits reinvested into Catalysing Connections.

Every transaction is both a technology solution and a compliance solution. Clients receive the ICT they need and measurable, verified impact outcomes.

Partnerships and Growth

Through Social Traders, TechForGood has developed partnerships with five other social enterprises, collaborating on projects that extend impact into communities. These partnerships prove that social procurement is not just policy — it is a growth engine for organisations committed to sustainability and impact.
