Rest assured we only deal with manufacturers who offer world class support and back their products 100%. If you discover a fault more than 14 days after you receive your item/s. It is quicker and far easier for you to lodge your warranty claim yourself, you should contact the manufacturer as soon as possible to proceed with a manufacturer warranty claim. Please ensure you keep your proof of purchase in a safe place to ensure you have access to manufacturer warranty programmes.

If you purchased enhanced support, maintenance, or extended warranty on any product, it is your responsibility to register your product with the manufacturer. TechForGood does not register entitlements on behalf of customers.
