2. Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 9:00am AEST on Wednesday 3 June 2026 and closes at 3:00pm AEST on Thursday 4 June 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over attending Sustainability Business Live 2026.
The following persons are ineligible:
- Employees, contractors, and directors of TechForGood Pty Ltd
- Immediate family members of the above
- Any person involved in the administration of this promotion
Entry is limited to one (1) entry per person.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible persons must:
- Visit the TechForGood exhibition stand at Sustainability Business Live 2026
- Scan the QR code displayed at the stand
- Complete and submit the online entry form in full, including full name, email address, and company name
- Indicate consent to receive communications from TechForGood, see clause 8
Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. Entries submitted by third parties on behalf of an individual will not be accepted.
5. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of:
- One (1) laptop computer or equivalent device to the approximate retail value of up to AUD $[INSERT VALUE], including GST
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an item of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
6. The Draw
The draw will take place at the TechForGood exhibition stand at Sustainability Business Live 2026 at 3:30pm AEST on Thursday 4 June 2026.
The draw will be conducted by a representative of TechForGood using a random selection method. The draw is a game of chance; skill plays no part in determining the winner.
7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim
The winner will be:
- Notified in person at the stand if present, or contacted via the email address provided at the time of entry within two (2) business days of the draw
- Required to confirm acceptance of the prize within five (5) business days of notification
If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within the specified period, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.
The winner's first name and company will be published on TechForGood's website and/or social media channels following the draw. By entering, participants consent to this publication.
8. Privacy and Marketing Consent
By entering this promotion, participants agree that TechForGood may collect, store, and use their personal information, including name, email address, and company name, for the purposes of:
- Administering this promotion
- Sending commercial electronic messages about TechForGood's products and services, where the participant has provided explicit consent on the entry form
Participants who do not consent to marketing communications will still be eligible to enter and win. TechForGood will handle all personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting hello@techforgood.com.au.

9. General Conditions
- The Promoter's decision in all matters relating to this promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any rights implied by law that cannot be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Sustainability Business Live or its organisers.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
10. Permit Information
This promotion is a trade promotion lottery conducted in Victoria. As the total prize value is under AUD $5,000, no permit is required under the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic). Permit requirements in other states and territories have been assessed and no permits are required for this promotion.
