# Endpoint Image Load - (Static / Offline SOE)

### Endpoint Image Load Service (Static / Offline SOE)

**Pre-load customer Standard Operating Environment (SOE) images for seamless device deployment.**

Our Endpoint Image Load Service prepares each endpoint device with your organisation’s offline SOE, ensuring devices are ready to be deployed securely and efficiently. This process includes unboxing, applying the customer-provided image via USB, and repackaging for shipment — so your team can simply log in, connect to the tenant, and complete updates on first use.

#### 🔑 Key Features

- **Unboxing & Initial Test**: Safely unbox each device and complete a power-on test to confirm hardware integrity.
- **SOE Image Load**: Apply the customer-provided Standard Operating Environment image (via USB media).
- **System Preparation**: Ensure the SOE loads correctly and the device is ready for customer login and tenant connection.
- **Repackaging & Logistics**: Box up each device securely for delivery to end users or deployment sites.
